In 2005, Realty Management Company was awarded its first charter school facility management contract. Since then, RMC’s charter school portfolio has grown to include some of the most well-respected charter school programs in the metropolitan Washington, D.C. area. Our proven success in fulfilling the uniquely demanding requirements of charter schools has led to the management of seven different elementary, middle, and high school campuses with a combined enrollment of 7,500 students in pre-kindergarten through grade 12.

Each school campus boasts innovative, 21st century technology and safe, attractive school facilities. It is our responsibility to ensure that these facilities receive the highest level of care in a cost-effective manner. Charter school communities rely on Realty Management Company’s expertise in facilities management oversight, situation specific operational analyses, and project consulting at their existing and prospective properties.
