Engineering & HVAC
Using our team of licensed, highly qualified engineers,
Realty Management Company is able to provide onsite engineering
services for all facets of building systems. Our engineers enhance
the operational performance of each property by working closely
with both Tenants and Owners to ensure that building needs are met
in an efficient, effective, and professional manner. If an outside
contractor or vendor is needed for work not handled by RMC, our
lead engineer will coordinate these efforts.

As an additional service beyond the
scope of routine maintenance, Realty Management Company combines
its extensive in-house mechanical expertise with knowledge of local
HVAC consultants and contractors. The result is cost effective mechanical
system installation and repairs. RMC uses its experience to create
and implement a preventative maintenance program for each building’s
HVAC system for continued economical operation and longevity of
the equipment.
For our clients’ HVAC
systems, Realty Management Company can:
- Review current operations, assess needed mechanical
improvements, and recommend a course of action.
- Produce specifications and solicit bids.
- Review competitive bids.
- Perform or supervise mechanical work.
- Ensure that installation meets specifications.
- Follow-up on punch list completion.
